Processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation. If it is placed before 18:00, it will be shipped, at the latest, by the end of the next business day. This means that after placing an order, you will receive your personalized products, at the latest, on the second business day.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the first business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

Delivery methods and time

Delivery to Bulgaria:

If it is sent before 6:00 PM, it will be received the next day if it is at a Speedy office.

If it is next to an address, it will be based on the area and Speedy's schedule for that area.

Shipping cost

Free delivery throughout Bulgaria.

Payment method

Cash on delivery.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track the status of your shipment on the courier's website.
